Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 In the event you are not completely satisfied with you purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange  or refund. All returns must be postmarked within Fourteen (14) days of the purchase date . All returned items must be un new and unused condition. 

To start a return, you can contact us at burkeacandle@gmail.com. to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. After received a RMA number , place the item securely in its original packaging.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to  mail your return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
